We sell products for babies, kids, fathers and mothers across sections from diapers, baby essentials, gear, toys, clothes, maternity wear, maternity dresses, baby care, baby keepsakes, baby gift items, baby frames and footwear to nursery furniture and many more.

What is the minimum order value required to place an order?

To place an order, a minimum order value is Rs 599 or more is required.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully, after checking out the payment process. Then you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address and a SMS at your registered mobile number.

Where to check my order status?

Your order will be shipped in 24 hours of receiving the order. We will send you the details of the same with the name of the Courier Company and date of order shipped via email and SMS. You can also check the same in My Account page and click on Track Shipment to check the current status of your order.

What are the modes of payment?

You can use debit card/ credit card or COD. We accept VISA, Master and American Express cards issued only in India. All your online transactions are protected and secured by SSL (secured socket layer).

Are there any hidden charges?

The final price is shown after you check out. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and you do not need to pay anything extra.

How long will it take to receive my orders?

The delivery time would take approximately 4-5 business days after the shipment is dispatched (except Sundays and other holidays).

What are the shipping charges?

We provide free shipping on all orders equal to or above Rs.499 or more. For orders below Rs.499, shipping charges of Rs.50 will apply.

What about GST?

GST means Goods and Service tax. It is a single indirect tax on the sale of goods and services throughout India.

What is your return policy?

We have 15 days return policy on clothes and footwear and 7 days return policy on other items except personal care products like diapers, creams and wipes. Products return damaged would not be taken back.
